COVERAGE TO THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT PROPERTY INSURANCE FUND

St. Croix County, Wisconsin
WHEREAS, the County insured its public buildings and other property under a
policy with Wausau Insurance while building the government center; and
WHEREAS, the County previously insured its property under the Local Government
Property Insurance Fund, under Ch. 605, Wisconsin Statutes; and
WHEREAS, obtaining coverage with Wausau Insurance has not been as beneficial
as hoped for.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors
that County property insurance coverage be returned to the Local Government Property
Insurance Fund effective November 1, 1992.
