N Woodville, WI 54028 11/03/2004 Rens, Tim & Regina Pam Quinn new sanitary application had soil report that did not have replacement area and the soil appeared out of character from the mounds and holding tank (replacement across the street at 2559) required by nearby properties. Am concerned that this SW corner of this parcel had been filled - appears to be gravel and sands mixed with silt and sandy loams, but not a natural deposition. Found a broken bottle neck mixed in with the soil at approx. 18" below grade near one of the borings. Will require additional soil testing before we issue a sanitary permit. 11!15!2004 Rens, Tim & Regina Pam Quinn 11/13/04 -soil on-site completed to add a boring and extend tested area to provide for future replacement system. Soils OK to 82" deep, where mottled clay loam encountered. Gravelly sandy loam and silt loam inclusions were observed, but did not make up a significant portion of soil profile.
