Planning Upon review of two soil tests submitted by Chris Fredericks, CST for the above
715-386-4674
mentioned parcels a County On-site was required due to potential sandstone
Real PrOPe~y located at depth.

On November 3, 2006 one soil pit was excavated near B-3 of the proposed West
Re ycHng parcel. The soil profiles observed were similar to the descriptions submitted by
75-386-4675 Chris. Knife Penetration Tests were conducted at depths of 72 and 120 inches
below grade. Soils were checked approximately one foot into sidewall of soil pit.
Soil colors of 10YR 8/2 were present indicating potential sandstone bedrock,
however Knife Penetration Tests did not report cementing. Weathering of the
original sandstone has resulted in a 10YR 8/2 very fine sand. It is recommended
that the sanitary system be kept in the upper horizons and sized at 0.5 gallons per
day per square foot to take into account the very fine sand at depth on both
proposed parcels. No redox features were observed in any of the horizons.
