Septic failure. 1212112007 Dean, George Carrie Stoltz George called re: Letter. Lot #7. he said he removed the pipe and reconnected the stack pipe used for pumping. He knows the system has a problem and the company will be addressing it this next year, but for now is having it pumped on a regular basis by Chris Hoppe-pumper.Also said he sent a copy of the letter to the owner, Bill Block. George asked if Bill has contacted me and I said No. I told George that I would like to onsite after Christmas to ensure everything with the tank is in order. I would also like to get a servicing contract with the park and pumper signed to ensure a pump and haul measure is in place. Said he would like owner Mr. Block to be onsite. I told him all I was going to do is to verify pipe has been removed. I will also require a service contract with licensed septage hauler for pump & haul order until a cst can determine if system meets 3' sep. George said he took out the elbow pipe and put the vent pipe back on the drywell. Said system consists of a septic tank and a drywell. We set up onsite for 12/28 9am 1212812007 Dean, George Carrie Stoltz met with george. I took pics and verified vent pipe is now on drywell lid. Found disconnected pipe used for the greywater. Drywell appears to be 7 to 8' above water. But need boring from cst to verify 3' sep is met. I told George also need a S/C for pumper. I told George I would send out a St. Croix County form, I located the form. said he could sign as the agent and I would notarized, then I would send to the pumper. This would aleviate things until May when the boring is needed.
