Land Information I have completed review of soil evaluation reports (completed 9/5/05), copies of
& which were submitted to our office on 6/30/06 for use in a proposed certified survey
Planning map. I inspected soils on proposed lot 1 of this 3-lot subdivision. Based my
715-386-4674 findings, I will reject the report as per Comm 85.50(1)(b) unless the following data is
submitted:

1) An on-site is scheduled with Leroy Jansky to verify that there are A+4„ or
Recycling better soil conditions for the soil borings reported on both lots 1 and 3. 1 did
715-386-4675 hand-dug borings for lot 1 in the vicinity of B2 and B3 and observed mottles
and redoximorphic iron deposits immediately below the A-horizon. The soil
reports indicated A+5" conditions on all three borings for both lots. Please
notify our office with the date for Leroy's on-site so that county staff can be
present.
2) Original signed and dated soil reports, each with the $25.00 review fee, must
be submitted for review and acceptance.
Please feel free to contact me if you have questions regarding the soil report review.
Our office, as governmental unit, will complete the soil evaluation report
review/acceptance process within six months of submittal per Comm 85.50 and
notify all parties concerned.
