I explained that we will not object crossing the line identified because the plat did not clearly
create a restriction. However, they may not cross the physical contour line of the established
elevation. If they do that they will need to get an engineer involved. I will call his surveyor later.

I am staking a house and doing a sib plan on Lot 1 of the plat of Wyldwood in the Town of Hudson.
On that lot Is a drainage I ponding easement that has both a highwater elevation and a described
area for the drainage I ponding area.
If the lowest building opening is kept above, the HA L given can part of the building still be within
the described area ? In this case about V of a corner of the dwelling would be within the described
area but he would keep the lowest building opening above the FIAL,
