The St. Croix County Buard of Adjustment conducted a public hearing
un Uecember 27, 1982, to consider the request of Robert Harer and Todd
Graf fur a variance to Article 6.3 Cle, Holding Tank, ST. CROIX COUNTY
ZONING OKUlNANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspection
of the site in question.
After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an
Executive Seasiun to discuss Lite request.
After returning to open session, the following decision was reiadered.
Motion by Supervisor Stephens to grant approval for a holding tank on
the cuadition that State approval for a holding tank is granted. Seconded
by Supervisor George. Motion carried.
