The St. Croix County Board of Adjustments conducted a public hearing
on January 25, 1983 to consider the request of Ernest Lathe for a
special exception use, Article 8.4 F I C, Driveway Separation, ST.
CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site
inspection of the site in question.
After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered
an Executive Session to discuss the request.
After returning to open session,the following decision was rendered:
Motion by Supervisor George to grant Mr. Ernest Lathe an additional
driveway on his property that would be one hundred twenty-seven (127)
feet from an adjoining driveway. Seconded by Supervisor Stephens.
Motion carried.
Vote to approve:
Stepheps, yes
George, yes
Meinke, yes

conditions stated herein. The maintenance of the driveways shall be the responsibility of the applicant.
Issuance of this permit shall not be construed as a waiver of the applicant's obligation to comply with any more
restrictive requirements imposed by local ordinances.
