Location: SEA NWT, ) Section 18, T29N-R16W, Baldwin Township ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on September 21, 1982 to consider the request of Dennis Edison for a variance to Article 8.4 B 2 b, setback from a highway, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspec- tion of the site in question. n After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an Executive Session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered. Motion by Supervisor Stephens to approve the request of the setback of one hundred two (102) feet from the centerline of U.S. Highway 63, to construct a garage. Seconded by Supervisor George. Motion carried. Vote to approve: Stephens, yes; George, yes.
