Location: NW 1/4 of NW 1/4 of ) Section 19, T29N-R16W, Town of Baldwin ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 28, 1988, to consider the request of Baldwin Christian Reformed Church for a special exception use. Article: 17.64 (1) (b) 2 and 17.64 (1) (d) 2 Highway Setbacks and 17.64 (5) (a) 3 Access Driveway and Driveway Separtion, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on- site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an executive session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve the requested setback distances with the following conditions: 1) Written recommendations be received by the Zoning Office from the Department of Natural Resources; 2) Sanitary Permits and Building Permits be obtained. Motion seconded by Supervisor Bradley. Vote to approve said motion: Kinney, yes; Bradley, yes; Meinke, yes. Motion carried.
