The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on
Tuesday, June 24, 1986 to consider the request of Gerald Strobush for a special
exception use, Article 8.4 B(4)(b), Setback from a Town Road, ST. CROIX COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an onsite inspection
of the site in question.
After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an
executive session to discuss the request.
After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered:
Motion by Supervisor Sweizer to approve the request as it will not cause
a traffic hazard, Seconded by Supervisor Kinney. Motion carried.
Vote to approve: Kinney, yes;
Sweitzer, yes;
Meinke, yes.
All variances approved must be acted on or constructed within one year
from date of approval or they shall be null and void.

I, Leon R. Herrick, registered land surveyor, hereby certify:
That I have surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NE-I, of the
NW-14, Section 26, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin, County of St. Croix,
State of Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows:
Commencing at the N4 corner of said Section 26, thence West 82.5
feet along the North line of Section 26 to the point of beginning;
Thence South 412.50 feet;
Thence West 1056.00 feet;
Thence North 412.50 feet;
Thence East 1056.00 feet along the North line of Section 26 to the
point of beginning.
Said parcel contains 10.0 acres more or less.
That I have made such survey, land division and plat by the direction
of Steve Thompson.
That such plat is a correct representation of all exterior boundaries
of the land surveyed and the subdivision thereof made.
That I have fully complied with the provisions of Chapter 236 of the
Wisconsin Statutes and the subdivision regulations of the County of St.
Croix and the Town of Baldwin,in surveying, dividing, and mapping the
same.
