CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. ) A-89-16 Location: SE 1/4 of SE 1/4 of Section 7, T31N- )April 27, 1989 R16W, Town of Cylon, except Lot 1 of CSM #390, ) recorded in Vol. 2 of Certified Survey Maps on ) Page 390 as Document No. 340900 (N0. 61). ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 27, 1989, to consider the request of Edward Kraemer & Sons, Inc. for a Special Exception Use. Article: 17.15 (6) (g) Gravel Pit, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on- site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an executive session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Swenby to approve the gravel pit operation for a two year period with the following conditions: 1. Seeding plan as recommended by County Conservationist be followed. 2. Bufferzone be planted with a combination of hybrid poplar and pine tree seedlings. 3. Well casing be brought to two feet above the flood elevation and meet all other DNR regulations. 4. Follow all provisions of the plan which had been provided by applicant. 5. Provide bond of $1000 per acre. Motion seconded by Supervisor Menter. Vote to approve said motion: Menter, yes; Kinney, yes; Bradley, yes; Swenby, yes; Meinke, yes.
