In reference to the land use permit for tower co location at 1534 32nd Street in Somerset WI.
I need the following;
1.) A copy of the insurance that shows the tower is insured against personal injury, wrongful death
and property damage claims.
2.) Documentation that the new equipment won't cause interference with public safety
communications systems.
3.) Acknowledgement by the landowner or tower owner that they will abide by all the applicable terms
and conditions of the land use and special exception permits including the restoration and
reclamation requirements.
