This livestock facility will be for 2647 animal units. 2. The proposed livestock structures are 150 feet from the road right of way and 200 R cEng from any property line. -386-4675 a. 3. This livestock facility is compliant with section 17.14 (1) (i) and is permitted with a aH:. Land Use Permit in the Agricultural District. 4. This application was found to be complete on 9-11-2012. On 9-19-2012 the adjoining landowners were notified and had until 10-19-2012 to comment. On 10- 18-2012 a letter was received from two of the adjoining landowners. Staff called the landowners and offered to meet with them or conduct a conference call to explain the ' application. Staff also offered to supply copies of the application to the landowners. After 15 days no requests were made. y 5. The Land and Water Conservation Department recommends approval of this application. This permit has been issued to Dan Luckwaldt with the following conditions; •>'Ajt INN 1. The applicant shall have one (1) year from the issuance of this land use permit to complete construction. If the permit expires, the applicant will be required to secure a new land use permit. ` T~ ~'Ft W 2. The applicant shall notify the Zoning Administrator of any change in name or ownership of the approved facilities and provide new contact information for the purpose of keeping the file F' updated. 3. Any minor change (or addition) in the project shall require prior review and approval by the i Zoning Administrator.
