CROIX COUNTY ZONING) April 28, 1988 ORDINANCE. Location: NW 1/4 of SW 1/4 of ) Section 12, T28N-R16W, Town of Eau Galle ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 28, 1988, to consider the request of Hoffman Construction Company for a special exception use. Article 17.15 (6)(n) Temporary Borrow Area, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on- site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an executive session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve the request for temporary borrow pits with the following conditions: 1) A Surety bond be posted for restoration; 2) Normal working hours be maintained; 3) Site be protected from dust. Motion seconded by Supervisor Bradley. Vote to approve motion as stated: Kinney, yes; Bradley, yes; Meinke, yes. Motion carried. All variances approved must be acted on or constructed within one (1) year from date of approval or they shall be null and void.
