Present were Su?- ervisors Afdahl, Holmes and Luckwaldt. Zoning Administrator, arold Barber read the request of Ran- dall Berenschot to build an enclosed driveway from his house to the ri7ht of way of a town road. Mr. Berenschot feels that the structure is underground and is a permitted use within the setback. 'Ir. Berenschot stated that if the Board request that any por- tion of the buildin! be removed that he be permitted to have either a 40 or 30 foot setback. luestions by members of the Board. Township of Troy to sub-divide a parcel of land along the 5t. Croix 'River. The division of the property would permit '.Ir. Iles-berg to sell his year around home and keep the cottage as a summer resi:Lence. The property would become a non-conforming use if division is permitted. Several persons appeared before the Board in favor of the building. A motion by Holnes seconded by Luckwaldt to deny the request of Mr. Berenschot to build closer to the town road than 100 feet from centerline. The non-conforming structure shall be removed to 100 feet from the centerline of the township road on or before December 15, 1974, or legal action will be taken by the District Attorney and Zoning Administrator to remove the structure. Motion carried unanimously. After inspection of the Turner property. A motion by Luck- waldt seconded by Holmes to approve Mr. Turner's request with the following restrictions: (1). Two rows of poplar trees (fast growing) and two rows of evergreen trees are to be rl.ant..~d on the west property line from the front oz the building to the rear of the Property 1irw. Zonlmg Administrator is to inspect property to insure that trees are planted. (2). Keeps tha property in a clean and orderly manner. (3). Beautify the property to assist in keeping the vaalac of adjoining property at its highest level. Motion carried unanimously. After inspection of the Virgil Wang property.
