Location: ) March 22, 1983 E2 SW-4, Section 23, T28N-R16W, ) Town of Eau Galle. ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustments conducted a public hearing on March 22, 1983 to consider the request of Randy Roquette for a special exception use, Article 8.4B 4b, Town Road Setback, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustments conducted an on-site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment returned to session, and the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor George to grant the request of Mr. Roquette to build 110 feet from the centerline of a town road. Seconded by Supervisor Stephens. Motion carried. Vote to approve: George, yes Meinke, yes Stephens, yes ~d Robert Stephens, Se retary ST.
