Accordingly, there is the possibility of hidden defects in the system not discoverable by this inspection. Therefore, it is understood and agreed that there remains the possibility of hidden defects in the system which are not discoverable by a surface inspection and this inspection does not in any way warrant or guarantee the continued proper functioning or operation of this system. It is recommended that the system should be pumped once every two to three years.. Therefore, the prolonged life of this system is totally dependent upon proper maintenance of the system and can very depending on the number of people living in the residence, the age of children, work outside the home, and use of garbage disposal.
