WI 54016 Dear Sir or Madam: I have performed a soils test on the lot#33 owned by Lakes and Hills Development in the Glenview development. The site had an original soil test performed that was a conventional system. Since that time the site has been excavated and graded. The lot has had the original topsoil graded off and approximately 2-3 feet of the subsoil removed and then the topsoil layed back down on top of the subsoil. Pictures are enclosed of the borings that were dug. The subsoil on top of the bedrock is still in- situ soil. it is the topsoil that is the "fill". The structure for the fill is granular and seems to have establish oeds and pores from the grass growing on top of it. I expect this topsoil fill to act very similar to in-situ soil. I recommend that the mound system be placed between borings 1 and 3 at a load rate of 0.4.
