I attached a copy of the final plat and preliminary plat. Since all of lot 14 of Lundy Meadows is within 300
feet of a navigable waterway and you are grading more than 2000 square feet a land use permit will be
required. The land use permit requirements are in section 17.29 (2) (C) of the Shoreland Zoning
Ordinance. Here is a link to the land use permit application;
