Location: E2 of the) February 26, 1980 SE4 of Section 1, T30N-R17W, Erin ) Prairie Township. ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on February 26, 1980, to consider the request of ROBERT J. MULLER for a special exception use , Article 2.6F13, Private Airstrip, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an Executive Session to discuss the request. After returning to open session the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor George to deny the request of Robert J. Muller to construct a private airstrip on his property. The adjacent landowners objected as it would lower the adjoining property values. Seconded by Supv. Afdahl, motion carried.
