Location: Part of the SW ) 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, T30N-R17W, ) Town of Erin Prairie ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on March 23, 1989, to consider the request of St. Croix County Pine Lake Park for a Special Exception Use. Article 3.4 B.1 and 3.4 B. 2 Filling and Grading, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. Under Old Business the following decision was rendered: Motion by Kinney, second by Menter to extend approval one year. Vote to approve request: Swenby, yes; Menter, yes; Bradley, yes; Kinney, yes; Meinke, yes. Motion carried. CROIX ) April 28, 1987 COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. Location: Part of) the SW 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 36, ) T30N-R17W, Town of Erin Prairie. ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on April 28, 1987, to consider the request of St. Croix County Pine Lake Park for a special exception use, Article 3.4 B.2 Filling & Granding, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on- site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an executive session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Kinney to approve special exception for filling and grading on the boat launch on Pine Lake. Motion seconded by Supervisor Sweitzer. Vote to approve: Kinney, yes; Sweitzer, yes; Meinke, yes. Motion carried. All variances approved must be acted on or constructed within one (1) year from date of approval or they shall be null and void. SPECIAL EXCEPTION USE PERMIT 2. a. St. Croix County wishes to upgrade and stabilize the public boat launch at Pine Lake Park. Concurrent with this construction is the proposed reconstruction of the entrance road and two small parking lots. Proper construction will enable both longer life of the facility and easier maintenance. In addition, fill and sod immediately south of the boat launch will prevent further erosion. 6. Aften reconstruction of the boat ramp the shore will be returned to its natural state. 7. Flood plain will be virtually uneffected. 11. St. Croix County owns the land for several hundred feet easterly and westerly from the boat ramp. Pine Lake is under the supervision of the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources.
