FINDINGS, CONCLUSIONS, AND DECISION
OF THE ZONING BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
ST. CROIX COUNTY, WISCONSIN
Case: 43-97
Complete Application Received: May 20, 1997
Hearing Notice Publication: Weeks of June 9 & June 16, 1997
Hearing Date: June 26, 1997
FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW
Having heard all the testimony, considered the entire record
herein, and conducted an on-site inspection, the Board finds the
following facts:
1. The applicants are Farmers Co-op, 930 10th Ave. Baldwin,
Wisconsin 54002, and Equity Co-op, 116 E. Birch St., Amery,
Wisconsin 54001.

the property which is the subject of the application and is 51
acres located in the SW 1/4 of Section 32, T31N, R16W, Town of
Cylon, St. Croix County, Wisconsin.
4. The subject property is currently used for crops.
5. Special Exception request is for a permit for an agricultural/
management center in a commercial district under Section 17.18
and 17.18(1)(a). A special exception is required where there
is any agricultural/management center.
