have This letter confirms zoning plan to build a 24-foot by 30-foot garage to store personal be ongings. The height
your application that you of the structure will be 10 feet.
Staff finds that the proposal to construct a garage at this location meets the meets the spirit and intent of the St.
Croix County Zoning ordinance for the following reasons:
I. The proposed garage meets the Class B roadway setbacks (150 feet from the centerline or 100 feet from
the right-of-way, which ever is greater) as shown on the plot plan. Section 17.12 (5) of the St.
2. The garage height will not exceed the 15-foot height requirement according to
Croix County Zoning ordinance.
3. The garage must be setback at least 50 feet from the south 33 foot access easement as shown on the site
plan.
