Land Information 1. $ Dear Mr. Zwald: Planning 715-386-4674 This letter confirms zoning approval according to the plans you have submitted or an Real Properly animal waste storage facility at the location referenced above. Staff finds that the 715-386-4677 proposed project meets the spirit and intent of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance and Animal Waste Management Ordinance with the following findings: Recycling 715-386-4675 1. An animal waste storage facility is subject to the Animal Waste Management Ordinance and Zoning requirements. 2. An animal waste storage facility is allowed with a land use permit in the Agricultural District pursuant to Section 130 (85) 9.(a) of the St. Croix County Animal Waste Management Ordinance. 3. The proposed storage facility meets the required setbacks pursuant to section 17.12 (13) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. 4. The applicant submitted a manure storage facility plan that includes, project information, permit applications, management and site assessments, design calculations, soils investigation, operation and maintenance plan, construction observation plan, construction specifications, construction plan and a storm water permit amendment. 5. The proposed manure storage facility is not located in a floodplain or shoreland area. 6. The St. Croix County Land and Water Conservation Department has reviewed the above information listed under #4 and recommends conditional approval of the land use permit. Based on these findings, approval of the land use permit is subject to the following conditions: 1) The LWCD would like to be a part of a preconstruction meeting held with the landowner, engineer, contractor and any other pertinent parties. 2) The applicant shall supply the county with 2 copies of the engineers certified as-built construction documents prior to use of the facility. 3) The applicant shall supply the LWCD with a certified 590 nutrient management plan annually. US This approval does not allow for any additional construction, structures or structural changes, grading, filling, or clearing of vegetation beyond the limits of this request.
