ZONING ORDINANCE. Location: Gov't. ) October 23, 1984
Lot 113, Lot 14, Section 13, T2$NR-R20W, )
Town of Troy. )
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on
October 23, 1984, and under Old Business, Mr. Steven Weekes talked to the Board
about the denial of his driveway separation request, explaining the reasons for
his request to have a private drive rather than a joint driveway.
The Board of Adjustment agreed to reinspect the property for reconsideration.

After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an
Executive Session to discuss the request.
After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered.
A motion was made by Supervisor Meinke that the decision of September 25, 1984
stands. Seconded by Supervisor Kelly. Motion carried.
Vote to deny:
Kelly, yes;
Stephens, yes;
Meinke, yes.
All variances approved must be acted on or constructed within one (1) year
from date of approval or they shall be null and void.

The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing o

September 25, 1984 to consider the request of Steven Weekes for a special
exception use, Article 8.4 F (1)(c), Driveway Separation, ST. CROIX COUNTY
ZONING ORDINANCE.
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspection
of the site in question.
After insPection the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an
Executive Session to discuss the request.
After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered:
Motion by Supervisor Stephens to deny this request for driveway separation,
as present driveway crosses over the Weekes property and Mr. Weekes can branch
off the driveway near the entrance. Seconded by Supervisor Kelly. Motion carried.
Vote to deny:
Stephens, yes;
Kelly, yes;
Meinke, absent.
