CRO X COUNT ZONING ) June 25, 1985 MA=CE . ) Location: W-~ of the SWk of Section ) 9, T29N-R16W, Town of Baldwin. ) The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted a public hearing on June 25, 1985 to consider the request of Dairyland Cooperative for a special exception use, Article 2.6 F(12), Electric Distribution Substation, ST. CROIX COUNTY ZONING ORDINANCE. The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment conducted an on-site inspection of the site in question. After inspection, the St. Croix County Board of Adjustment entered an Executive Session to discuss the request. After returning to open session, the following decision was rendered: Motion by Supervisor Meinke to approve the request of Dairyland Power for a substation with a 100 foot setback from a Town Road. The substation is necessary to serve the community. Seconded by Supervisor Stephens. Motion carried. Vote to approve: Meinke, yes; f. Kelly, yes; Stephens, yes.
