Subject: Conditions of approval for sanitary permit # 383935
Dear Mr. Block:
The sanitary permit # 383935 was issued on April 20, 2001 for the clubhouse. The permit
was issued with following conditions:
1. Within 30 days of installation of the primary septic system for this temporary
clubhouse, the area needed for the replacement system site must be measured, and
an easement that will redefine the area of the original and replacement system sites
shall be surveyed and recorded on the deed for the clubhouse and on the deed for lot
# 16.
2. An addition soil test will be required for lot #16 if the final recorded septic easement
contains any of the original soil borings from Art Wegerer's original soil (dated July
28, 1998) tested area for Lot #16, or the soil tested area is destroyed or deemed
unusable. Lot #16 must have a soil test showing that there is sufficient area
available to install a code compliant septic system sized for the structure being.

3. The St. Croix County sanitary ordinance prohibits holding tanks for new construction
under any circumstance.
4. Lot #16 must have at least one acre of net-buildable area excluding any wetlands,
steep-sloped areas, easements, etc., per St. Croix County subdivision code.
