PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The St. Croix County Community Development Committee will be conducting a public hearing on
May 16, 2013 at 6:15 p.m. at the St. Croix County Government Center, County Board Room,
1101 Carmichael Rd., Hudson, Wisconsin, to consider the following petition(s):
WAIVER
APPLICANT: V&A Enterprises 11, LLC
AGENT: Clint Anderson
LOCATION: Part of the NE1/4 of the SE1/4, Section 31, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin
ADDRESS: 220th St, Baldwin, WI
REQUEST: To request a road setback reduction to reduce the setback from 100' to 50'
from the right-of-way pursuant to Section 13.10 B. of the St. Croix County
Land Division Ordinance.
