I, Douglas J. Zahler, Registered Wisconsin Land Surveyor, hereby certify that by the direction of Alba Murray, I have
surveyed, divided and mapped a part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 17, T31N, R19W, Town of Somerset,
St. Croix County, Wisconsin; described as follows:
Commencing at the East Quarter corner of said Section 17; thence, along the east line of the SE1/4 of said Section
17, S00°38'47"E a distance of 999.45 feet to the point of beginning; thence, continuing along said line, S00°38'47"E
a distance of 351.50 feet; thence, along the south line of said NE1/4 of the SE1/4, N89°33'21"W a distance of
754.79 feet to the beginning of a meander line established for this survey; thence, along said meander line,
N58°28'48"W a distance of 396.24 feet; thence N48°08'32"W a distance of 343.29 feet to the west line of said
NE1/4 of the SE1/4 and the end of said meander line; thence, along said west line, N00°26'51"W a distance of
774.61 feet to the centerline of Rice Lake Road; thence, along said centerline, N89°14'59"E a distance of 698.96
feet; thence S00°38'47"E a distance of 882.79 feet; thence N89°14'59"E a distance of 641.50 feet to the point of
beginning. Together with all land lying in said NE1/4 of the SE1/4 which lies between said meander line and the
ordinary high water mark of the St. Croix River. Together with all riparian rights appurtenant thereto. Parcel contains
23.8 acres more or less to the ordinary high water mark. Subject to right-of-way for Rice Lake Road along the north
boundary and 40TH Street along the east boundary. Subject to all other easements, restrictions and covenants of
