Dear Mr. Hoskin: Land Information &f` Plantun This letter is in reference to the plans you have submitted for filling and grading more than 10,000 ;~a> 715-386 4674.f square feet on slopes from 12-19.9% to construct five snow tubing lanes each approximately 20 feet wide. Staff finds that the proposed project meets the provisions of the St. Croix County Zoning Real P Ordinance with the following findings: n3' 715 -4677 1. Filling and grading more than 10,000 square feet in area on slopes from 12-19.9% is allowed R clitg with a land use permit pursuant to Section 17.12(7) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. -386-4675 2. The applicant submitted an erosion control and storm water management plan that has been approved by the Land and Water Conservation Department. With conditions to maintain erosion control measures until self-sustaining permanent vegetation is established on all disturbed areas. 3. The Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources did not provide any comments. s Based on these findings, approval of the land use permit is subject to the following conditions: 1. The applicant shall be responsible for installing the erosion control and stormwater features in compliance with the approved plans. 2. The applicant shall maintain all erosion control measures until permanent, self-sustaining vegetation is successfully established on all disturbed areas of the site. 3. The applicant shall secure all other required permits. 4. The applicant shall contact the Zoning Administrator when all construction is completed. This approval does not allow for any additional construction, structures or structural changes, grading, filling, or clearing of vegetation beyond the limits of this request. Your information will remain on file in the St. Croix County Planning and Zoning Department.
