The Board may view the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request. SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS: APPLICANT: Hendricks Investments LLC AGENT: Daniel Koepke LOCATION: Section 9, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy ADDRESS: 570 Coulee Trail, Hudson, WI 54016 REQUEST: Special exception permit for a limited commercial recreation activity (vineyard/winery) in the Ag-Residential district pursuant to Section 17.15 (6)(m) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance APPLICANT: Robert Otis LOCATION: Section 4, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin ADDRESS: 1177 - 235th St, Baldwin, WI 54002 REQUEST: Special exception permit for a major home occupation to make pizzas pursuant to Section 17.14 (6)(g) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and be heard.
