PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
The St. Croix County Board of Adjustment has scheduled a public hearing for Thursday, May 23,
2013, at 8:30 a.m. at the Government Center, 1101 Carmichael Road, Hudson, Wisconsin, to
consider the following requests under the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance. The Board may view
the site in question, after which the Board will deliberate and vote on the request.
SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS:
APPLICANT: Hendricks Investments LLC
AGENT: Daniel Koepke
LOCATION: Section 9, T28N, R19W, Town of Troy
ADDRESS: 570 Coulee Trail, Hudson, WI 54016
REQUEST: Special exception permit for a limited commercial recreation activity
(vineyard/winery) in the Ag-Residential district pursuant to Section 17.15
(6)(m) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance
APPLICANT: Robert Otis
LOCATION: Section 4, T29N, R16W, Town of Baldwin
ADDRESS: 1177 - 235th St, Baldwin, WI 54002
REQUEST: Special exception permit for a major home occupation to make pizzas
pursuant to Section 17.14 (6)(g) of the St. Croix County Zoning Ordinance.
