RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 5' 3 C� �� � WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of CHRIS AND LINDA MILLIRON on March 8, 2000 at the St. Croix County Agriculture Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the Northeast 1 /4 of the Southeast 1 /4 of Section 7, Township 30 North, Range 17 West, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of said Section 7; thence, South 00 °57'21" West, along the east line of said Southeast '/4, 1040.34 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence, continuing South 00 °57'21" West, along said east line, 277.85 feet to the southeast corner of said Northeast '/4 of the Southeast '/4; thence, South 87 °36'56" West, along the south line of said Northeast '/4 of the Southeast '/4, 314.08 feet; thence, North 00 °57'21" East, 277.85 feet; thence, North 87 °36'56" East, 314.08 feet to the point of beginning. Contains 2.00 acres or 87,119 square feet. Subject to right of way for C.T.H. "GG" as shown. Also subject to any and all additional easements, right of ways or conveyances of record. Based on the following findings: 1. The request meets all county zoning ordinance requirements. 2. The provisions of § 91.77 have been met with this rezoning request. 3. The Town of. Erin Prairie has recommended approval, and also found, among other things, that the request is consistent with § 91.77. 4. There was no opposition to the request. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag- Residential.
