w ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE Te AG /RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 5 5 3 a0-vo ) WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of DENNIS L. RADDATZ on June 28, 2000 at the St. Croix County Government Center in Hudson, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 10; The West half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 3; Part of the Government Lot 5 in Section 3, lying south of County Trunk Highway "H"; Part of the West Half of Government Lot 6 in Section 3, lying south of County Trunk Highway "H "; All in the Township 31 North, Range 18 West in the Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin described as follows: Beginning at the Southeast corner of said Section 3, this also being the northeast corner of said Section 10; thence, on an assumed bearing along the east line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, South 00 degrees 05 minutes 29 seconds East a distance of 658.20 feet; thence, along the south line of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10, North 89 degrees 20 minutes 36 seconds West a distance of 1303.70 feet to the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 10; thence, along last said west line, North 00 degrees 04 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 660.91 feet to the south line of the said Section 3; thence, along the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3, North 00 degrees 13 minutes 12 seconds East a distance of 1319.37 feet; thence, along the south line of Government Lot 5, North 89 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 1262.75 feet to the west line of said Government Lot 5; thence, along last said west line, North 01 degrees 59 minutes 24 seconds East a distance of 1091.11 feet to the center line of County Trunk Highway "H "; thence, the following being along the approximate center line of said County Highway "H ", South 64 degrees 24 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 145.56 feet; thence along the arc of a curve, concave to the northeast, a distance of 415.56 feet said curve has a radius of 1909.86 feet and a chord that bears South 70 degrees 38 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 414.74 feet; thence South 76 degrees 52 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 154.58 feet; thence along the arc of a curve, concave to the north, a distance of 246.85 feet said curve has a radius of 636.62 feet and a chord that bears South 87 degrees 59 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 245.85 feet; thence North 80 degrees 54 minutes 03 seconds East a distance of 163.40 feet; thence along the arc of a curve, concave to the south, a distance of 126.33 feet said curve has a radius of 381.97 feet and a chord that bears South 89 degrees 37 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 125.76 feet; thence South 80 degrees 08 minutes 57 seconds East a distance of 395.85 feet to the easterly line of the EXCEPTION described in a Quit Claim Deed recorded in Volume 773 page 569 in the Register of Deeds Office in said County; thence, along last said easterly line, South 00 degrees 39 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 177.25 feet; thence, along the last described EXCEPTION, North 89 degrees 20 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 66.00 feet; thence, continuing along last said EXCEPTION, South 00 degrees 39 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 344.70 feet; thence along last said EXCEPTION, North 89 degrees 20 minutes 06 seconds East a distance of 185.00 feet to the east line of the West Half of Government Lot 6; thence, along last said east line and the east line of the West Half of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3, South 00 degrees 39 minutes 54 seconds East a distance of 1630.56 feet to the south line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 3; thence, along last said south line, South 89 degrees 13 minutes 27 seconds East a distance of 651.76 feet to the point of beginning. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag- Residential. Dated this /5 day of 2000.
