CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE T AG RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. -5 �o a er o WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of JON C. TRINKO on November 15, 2000 in the St. Croix Govemment Center in Hudson, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning on November 28, 2000 of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the NE 1 4 of the NW 1 /4 of Section 16, T28N, R16W, Town of Eau Galle, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, further described as follows: Commencing at the N 1 /4 Comer of said Section 16; thence N87 °20'44 "W 1311.996' along the North line of the NW 1 /4 of said Section 16 to the NW Comer of the NE 1 /4 of the NW 1 /4; thence S00 °13'56"W 225.14' along the West line of the NE 1 4 of the NW 1 /4 to the point of beginning; thence S87 °20'45 "E 373.65'; thence S00 °13'56' W 438.06' to the centerline of County Trunk Highway "N"; thence N54 °08'48 "w 323.07'; thence Northwesterly 128.62' along the acr of a 716.00' radius curve concave to the Southwest whose chord bears N59 °17'36 "w .128.45'; thence N00 °13'56 "E 200.55' to the point of the beginning, containing 117,095 square feet (2.688 acres) more or less. NOTE: after the square footage for the right of ways of C.T.H. "N" and 233 Street are taken from this description the acre is 2.197 acres. The little bit of extra square footage is to allow for the C.T.H. "N" to be widened somewhat. The present right of way is presently 66' for C.T.H. "N" (33' either side of centerline). Based on the following findings: 1. The Town of Eau Galle recommends approval of the request. 2. The Town and County confirmed that the request is compliant with §91.77. 3. The request meets the guidance and intent of the County Plan. 4. The proposed parcel contains an existing residential home within a woodland setting. 5. There was no opposition to this request. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is ,,nnnow rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
