The St. Croix County Board of Supervisors does ordain as follows:
Section IV. of St. Croix County Ordinance No. 441(97) is amended to read as
follows:
Section IV. Duration
This ordinance is extended for a period of six months from the date of expiration.
Date of expiration is August 17, 2000.
Section III. Applicability.
The ordinance shall apply to and regulate areas already identified by a breach
route study and areas identified as special flood hazard areas as shown on the
attached map, Attachment A. Attachment A was presented at a public hearing
on March 12, 1997. - -e _ e- __ • _ e— -e _ _ e- ..-e
The DNR has approved the detailed dam break profiles
for each dam structure for that area. The County shall reference the approved
dam break profiles to regulate these areas until the text of the Floodplain
Ordinance has been amended.
