CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. b ( ') WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the, County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ROBERT AND MARY SELL on June 30, 1999 in the St. Croix County Agriculture Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: The East %2 of the Southwest 1 /4 of Section 34, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, lying North of the centerline of the county trunk highway, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the Northerly 4 acres thereof. Also, all that part of the North % of the Southeast 1 /4 lying Northerly of present railroad R.O.W. in said Section 34, EXCEPTING THEREFROM, the North 30 rods thereof. Contains 45 acres. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential. � rn Dated this /9 day of OP , 1999.
