CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE T AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. 3 � WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GLENN BRENNE on December 8, 1999 in the St. Croix County Agriculture Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: Part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter (NW 'A of SW '/4) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township Twenty -nine North (T29N), Range Sixteen West (R16W), more particularly described as commencing 1564 feet north of the southeast corner of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter (W 1/2 of SW '/4) of said Section Thirty -four (34), thence west 656 feet; thence North 330 feet; thence west 631 feet to the east line of the highway right -of -way; thence south along the east line of said highway right -of -way 574 feet, more or Tess, to the intersection of the east line of said highway right -of -way with the south line of said Northwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter (NW 1/4 of SW 1/4); thence east along the south line of said forty 1287 feet, more or less, to the southeast corner thereof; thence north along the east line of said forty 244 feet, more or less, to the point of beginning. Commencing at the southeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of Southwest Quarter (SW 1/4 of SW 1/4) of Section Thirty -four (34), Township Twenty -nine North (T29N), Range Sixteen West (R16W), thence north along the east line of said forty 1320 feet more or less, to the northeast comer thereof; thence west along the north line of said forty 1320 feet, more or less, to the northwest corner thereof; thence south along the west line of said forth 1320 feet, more or Tess, to the southwest corner thereof; thence east along the south line of said forty 1320 feet, more or less, the southeast corner thereof and the point of beginning. All in St. Croix County, Wisconsin, containing 52 acres. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential. Based on the following findings: 1. The Town Board recommends approval of the request; 2. The County Ordinances have been considered; 3. The parcel is adjacent to Ag Residential parcels on three sides; 4. The parcel is in close proximity to the Village of Woodville and the Village of Baldwin; 5. The conditions of Wisconsin Statute 91.77 have been considered. 6. The committee heard comments from the public and considered relevant information. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
