CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDE TIAL ORDINANCE NO. 5 3 f9) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ROBERT MARTELL on February 10, 1999 in the Somerset Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Northwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 22, Township 31 North, Range 19 West, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest Comer of said Section 22; thence, on an assumed bearing along the north line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 22, North 89 degrees 52 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 233.96 feet to the northwest corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map (Document Number 396194) recorded in said County in Volume 5 page 1465 of said Maps; thence, along the west line of said Lot 1, South 00 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 289.24 feet to the southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence, along the south line of said Lot 1, North 89 degrees 52 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 170.00 feet to the southeast comer of said Lot 1; thence, on the extension southerly of the east line of said Lot 1 (which was recorded as South 00 degrees 17 minutes 19 seconds East), South 00 degrees 07 minutes 19 seconds East a distance of 35.26 feet; thence South 89 degrees 52 minutes 41 seconds West a distance of 401.57 feet to the west line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 22; thence, along last said west line, North 00 degrees 32 minutes 42 seconds West a distance of 324.51 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 81,527 square feet (1.87 acres). Subject to the right -of -way for a 210"' Avenue (a Town Road) along the north line of the above described property and subject to the right -of -way for County Trunk Highway "I" along the west line of the above described property. Also subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag /Residential.
