ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO 463G II ORDINANCE NO. 561 'q WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of JOHN M. MONICKEN on January 27, 1999 in the Rush River Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: That certain parcel of land located in the Southeast % of the Northeast '/ of Section 27, T.28 N., R. 17 W., Town of Rush River, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the West quarter comer of said Section 27; thence N 89 °28'26" E, 4,498.26' (assumed bearing on the East -West quarter line of said Section 27) to the POINT OF BEGINNING of the parcel to be herein described; thence N 00 °02'00" W, 1,292.67' to the North line of the Southeast % of the Northeast % of said Section, being also the centerline of 18 Avenue; thence along said North line, N 89 °38'31" E, 472.12'; thence S 00 °03'27" W, 185.00'; thence N 89 °38'31 E, 270.01' to the East line of the Northeast 1 /4 of said Section; thence along said East line, S 00 °03'27" W, 1,105.51' to the East quarter comer of said Section; thence along said East -West quarter line of Section 27, S 89 °28'26" W, 740.09' to said POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 907,230 square feet or 20.827 acres, being subject to an easement for Township roadway purposes over the Northerly portion of said parcel as shown on this map, and subject to all other easements and restrictions of record. From Agriculture to Ag II. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag II.
