CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG 2 ORDINANCE NO. 5 M) WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of FREDERICK AND RUTH ANDING on May 5, 1999 at the Troy Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: That certain parcel of land located in the Northwest '/ of the Northeast '/ of Section 10, Township 28 North, Range 19 West, Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin more fully described as follows; Commencing at the North '/ comer of said Section 10, the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence S 88 °27'51 "E (assumed bearing on the North line of the Northeast '/ of said Section 10) a distance of 1313.25' (recorded as N 89 °38'39 "E 1312.86'; thence S 01 °31'12 "W 1265.78' on the East line of said Northwest'/. of the Northeast'/.); thence N 88°36'30'W 28.39' (recorded as N 88 °16'24 "W) on the centerline of a town road; thence S 86 °47'37 "W 188.00' (recorded as S 86°47'36'W) on said centerline; thence S 01 31.11; thence N 88°41'09'W 341.01' on the South line of said Northwest '/4 of the Northeast 1 /4; thence N 01°39'01"E 658.92'; thence N 88°47'01"W 398.00'; thence N 88°47'01"W 330.03' (recorded as S 89 °50'W 330.00'); thence S 01°39 657.66' (recorded as S 00 °10'E 660.00'); thence N 88 °41'09 "W 33.00' on the south line of said Northwest '/ of the Northeast '/; thence N 01°39'01"E 1316.72' (recorded as N 00 °10'W), to the POINT OF BEGINNING, containing 28.468 acres or 1,240,081 square feet, being subject to easement over Southerly portions of said parcel for town road purposes as now laid and traveled and also being subject to easements of record. From Agriculture to Ag 2 THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag 2.
