CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AG.- RESIDENTIAL TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. .'-Q ( WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and -- WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of RUSSELL AND PAMELA RASTETTER on July 28, 1999 in the St. Croix County Government Center in Hudson, Wisconsin and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in the NE 1 /4 of the NE 1 /4 of Section 7, T3ON, R19W, Town of Somerset, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, being further described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 7; thence N87 °39'00" E along the North line of Section 8 a distance of 836.30 feet; thence S02 °21'00 "E 358.00 feet; thence S88 °15'45 "W 1260.50 feet; thence 89 °13'10 "W 327.80 feet; thence S05 °11'05 "W 414.48 feet; thence N84 °48'55 "W 63.33 feet to the point of beginning. Thence S03 °41'00 "E 569.28 feet; thence S88°58'45'W 451.60 feet; thence N 04 °21'40 "W 619.88 feet; thence 84 °48'55 "E 464.00 feet to the point of beginning, including the north 33 feet. Contains 5.85 acres. From Ag /Residential to Commercial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Ag- Residential to Commercial.
