CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG. -REST� T IAL ORDINANCE NO. 5c 4 (Y WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of PAUL AND GERALDINE LOKKER on August 25, 1999 in the St. Croix County Agriculture Center in Baldwin, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: Lot 2 of that Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 9 of St. Croix County Certified Survey Maps, page 2440, located in the Southwest 1 /4 of the Southwest '/$ of Section 17, Township 29 North, Range 16 West, Town of Baldwin, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest comer of said Section 17; thence N 00 °29'16 "W (assumed bearing on the West line of the Southwest '/. of said Section 17) a distance of 330.80' to the Point of Beginning of the Parcel to be herein described; thence continuing along said West line, N 00 °29'16" W, 683.04' to the Southwest corner of Lot 3 of said Certified Survey Map; thence, along the South line of said Lot 3, S 87 °25'23" E, 304.00' to the Southeast comer of said Lot 3; thence, along the East line of said Lot 3, N 00 °29'16" W, 304.00' to the Northeast corner of said Lot 3 and a point on the North line of said Southwest'/ of the Southwest ' /A; thence, along said North line,. S 87°2p'23" E, 1015.36' to the Northeast corner of said Southwest '/ of the SouthwesL /; thence, along the East line of said Southwest '/. of the Southwest '/, S 00 °2t3'o1 O" E, 986.95'; thence N 87 °25'30" W, 1318.46' to the Point of Beginning, containing 1,207,638 square feet or 27.72 acres, being subject to an easement for 220 Street over the Westerly 33.00' of this parcel and any other easements of record. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
