HomeMy WebLinkAboutOrdinance 1999 (527) ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.-RE§IDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. S rj 5'q) WHEREAS, the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of ROBERT AND SHARON AUSTRUM on September 22, 1999 at the St. Croix County Agriculture Center, Baldwin, Wisconsin; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: Part of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter and part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter all in Section 28, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the East Quarter Comer of said Section 28; thence, on an assumed bearing along the east line of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28, South 00 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 952.00 feet; thence North 89 degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 50.00 feet to the westerly right -of -way of County Trunk Highway "T"; thence South 88 degrees 38 minutes 02 seconds West a distance of 943.57 feet to the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 483.49 feet; thence South 86 degrees 15 minutes 17 seconds West a distance of 321.74 feet to the west line of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28; thence, along last said west line and the west line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of said Section 28, North 00 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds East a distance of 681.62 feet; thence North 86 degrees 15 minutes 17 seconds East a distance of 321.74 feet; thence South 00 degrees 12 minutes 22 seconds West a distance of 198.12 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 218,782 square feet (5.02 acres). Subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. Together with an easement for ingress and egress to be recorded. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
