ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE
REZONING LAND FROM
AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDpAIAL
ORDINANCE NO. 4 S
WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development
Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning,
Zoning and Parks Committee; and
WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold
public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for
action; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public
hearing on the rezoning request of CHARLES AND JANET WEBSTER, on September 16, 1998
in the Troy Town Hall; and
WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having
considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that
the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the
following described land:
A parcel of land located in the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 21, T28N, R19W,
Town of Troy, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, more fully described as follows:
Commencing at the E 1/4 corner of said Section 21:
Thence S89 ° 20'05 'W along the East -West Quarter Section Line 1309.78' to the
southeast corner of the SW 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of said Section 21, said point also
being the POINT OF BEGINNING:
Thence continuing S89 ° 20'05 "W along said line 250.00';
Thence N00 °11'48 "E 550.00';
Thence N89 ° 20'05 "E 250.00' to a point on the East line of the SW 1/4 of the NE
1/4 of said Section 21, also being the West line of the Plat of WYNGATE;
Thence S00 °11'48 "W along said line 550.00' to the point of beginning.
Containing 3.16 acres subject to any and all easements, right -of -ways or conveyances
of record.
From Agriculture to Ag./Residential.
THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors,
meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
