CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AG /RESIDENTIAL TO INDUSTRIAL ORDINANCE NO. 44'6 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of the SONNENTAG FAMILY LIMITED PARTNERSHIP on September 23, 1998 at the Roberts/Warren Fire Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the NW 1/4 of the NW 1/4 and in part of the NE 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section 34, T29N, R18W, Town of Warren, St. Croix County, Wisconsin; further described as follows: Commencing at the NW comer of Section 34; thence N89 °50'38 "E, along the north line of said NW 1/4, 6 feet to the east line of Certified Survey Map recorded in Volume 8, Page 2179 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office; thence continuing N89 ° 50'38 "E, along said north line, 1335.72 feet; thence S00 ° 13'38"W, 1307.96 feet to the south line of the N 1/2 of the NW 1/4; thence S89 °53'42"W, along said south line, 1329.88 feet to said east line of the Certified Survey Map; thence N00 ° 01'43 'W, along said east line, 1306.75 feet to the point of beginning. Parcel contains 40.00 Acres (1,742,413 Sq. Ft.). From Ag /Residential to Industrial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Ag /Residential to Industrial.
