CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. ij 6 ( WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of BRUCE, TERRY, DANIEL AND LINDA GILLEN on January 14, 1998 in the Erin Prairie Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 11, Township 30 North, Range 17 West, Town of Erin Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the North Quarter Corner of said Section 11; thence, on an assumed bearing along the north line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11, South 89 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 198.00 feet to the northwest corner of that land parcel as recorded and described in Volume 574, Page 168, Document Number 348621 at the St. Croix County Register of Deeds Office and the point of beginning of the parcel to be described; thence, along the west line of said land parcel as recorded and described in Volume 574, Page 168, Document Number 348621, South 00 degrees 40 minutes 58 seconds East a distance of 209.51 feet to the southwest corner of last said parcel; thence, along the south line of last said parcel, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 197.00 feet to the southeast corner of last said parcel being on the North -south Quarter line of said Section 11 also being the westerly right -of -way of the town road (195th Street); thence, along said North -south Quarter line and said right -of -way, South 00 degrees 24 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 88.57 feet; thence, South 89 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds West a distance of 504.17 feet; thence, North 00 degrees 24 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 298.07 feet to the north line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 11; thence, along said north line, North 89 degrees 58 minutes 53 seconds East a distance of 306.17 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 108,901 square feet (2.50 acres). Subject to right -of -way for town road (170th Avenue) along the northerly line of the above described parcel and together with access to town road (195th Street) along the east line of the above described parcel. Subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential. • Dated this ' L' ors day of , 1 998.
