ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 17 ST. CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG.- RESIDE TIAL ORDINANCE NO. 16 5 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of VIOLA LIDDLE on March 4, 1998 in the Pleasant Valley Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: The Northeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4, the South 1/2 of the Northwest 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 and the North 163 feet of the Southeast 1/4 of the Northwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley, St. Croix County, Wisconsin. Containing approximately 69 acres; and That certain parcel of land located in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 28 North, Range 17 West, Town of Pleasant Valley, St. Croix County, wisconsin, more fully described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said Section 7, thence N 00 ° 32'15 "W (assumed bearing on the West line of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 7) a distance of 1314.21', to the POINT OF BEGINNING, of the parcel to be herein described; thence continue N 00 ° 32'15 "W 400.80' on said line; thence N 89 ° 20'46 "E 1418.65'; Thence S 00 ° 39'16 "E 434.12',thence N 89 ° 20'46 "E 1418.65'; thence S 00 ° 39'16 "E 434.12'; thence N 89 ° 18'32 "W 1419.86' (recorded as West), on the South line of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 7, to the POINT OF BEGINNING, Excepting Therefrom, those lands described in Vol. 518, Page 280, Doc. No. 324910 of St. Croix County Records. The above described parcel being subject to easement over the Southerly 33.00' thereof for Town Road purposes and also being subject to easements of record, containing 10.394 acres or 452,770 square feet. This parcel is intended to be an add on parcel and an affidavit must be recorded attaching these lands to that existing parcel as required by St. Croix County. From Agriculture to Ag. /Residential. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag.- Residential.
