CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO COMMERCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 6. cf 14 WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of GARY BAILLARGEON on February 4, 1998 in the Star Prairie Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 25, Township 31 North, Range 18 West, Town of Star Prairie, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Commencing at the Northeast Comer of said Section 25; thence, on an assumed bearing along the north line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 25, North 89 degrees 47 minutes 34 seconds West a distance of 251.48 feet to the point of beginning; thence, along the easterly right -of -way of State Trunk Highway Number 65, South 44 degrees 12 minutes 56 seconds East a distance of 281.12 feet; thence, continuing along said right -of -way, on the arc of a curve concave to the northwest a distance o 619.88 feet, said curve has a radius of 5679.58 feet and a chord that bears south 05 degrees 16 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 619.57 feet; thence, continuing along said right -of -way, south 23 degrees 36 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 203.60 feet; thence, continuing along said right -of -way, on the arc of a curve concave to the northwest a distance of 229.51 feet, said curve has a radius of 5629.58 feet and a chord that bears South 11 degrees 33 minutes 45.5 seconds West a distance of 229.49 feet,,,thence, continuing along said right -of -way, South 15 degrees 03 minutes 10 seconds East a distance of 75.09 feet; thence, continuing along said right -of -way, South 12 degrees 43 minutes 50 seconds West a distance of 10.39 feet to the south line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 25; thence, along last said south line, North 89 degrees 42 minutes 05 seconds West a distance of 425.79 feet; thence North 00 degrees 37 minutes 27 seconds West a distance of 1311.82 feet to the north line of the Northeast Quarter of said Section 25; thence, along last said north line, south 89 degrees 47 minutes 34 seconds East a distance of 411.25 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 684,990 square feet (15.73 acres). Subject to the right -of -way for 200th Avenue (a Town Road) along the north line of the above described property, also subject to all easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Commercial. THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Commercial.
