CROIX COUNTY LAND USE ORDINANCE REZONING LAND FROM AGRICULTURE TO AG /RESIDENTIAL ORDINANCE NO. .1 ( WHEREAS,the Statutes of the State of Wisconsin provide for a Planning and Development Committee to act in all matters pertaining to county planning and zoning; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Board has established the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee; and WHEREAS, at the request of the County Board this Committee is to review petitions, hold public hearings, and present its recommendations for rezoning requests to the County Board for action; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee held a public hearing on the rezoning request of FAIRMONT FARMS, INC. on May 6, 1998 in the Pleasant Valley Town Hall; and WHEREAS, the St. Croix County Planning, Zoning and Parks Committee having considered all written information and verbal testimony presented at the hearing, and finding that the request meets the requirements of Wis. Statute 91.77, voted to approve a rezoning of the following described land: A parcel of land located in part of the NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 of Section 16, T28N- R17W, Town of Pleasant Valley, St. Croix County, Wisconsin, described as follows: Beginning at the E 1/4 Comer of said Section 16; thence S00 ° 01'09 "E, along the east line of said SE 1/4, 390.00 feet; thence S89 558.46 feet; thence N00 ° 01'09 "W, 390.00 feet to the north line of said NE 1/4 of the SE 1/4; thence N89 ° 55'24 "E, along said north line, 558.46 feet to the point of beginning. Containing 217,799 square feet (5.00 acres). Above described parcel is subject to right -of -way for County Trunk Highway ( "T ") and all other easements, restrictions and covenants of record. From Agriculture to Ag /Residential THEREFORE, BE IT NOW ORDAINED by the St. Croix County Board of Supervisors, meeting in regular session, that the parcel is now rezoned from Agriculture to Ag /Residential. ar-r.
